Leo43, also interesting to note on page 11 2nd paragraph they talk about the eagle ford shale where asx listed participants range from market values of $25k / acre (TXN) through to $70k / acre (AUT).
By memory (and 6ULDV8's comments recently) BHP paid around $8.2k / acre (i think) and it is suggested that typical rates range between $5-$20k / acre.
Why are TXN and AUT trading so rich to the "normal" range ? and if this is indicative of what things are trading at then the numbers that could emerge for ADE are mind blowing.
Imagine we end up getting to a circa $20k / acre valuation after everything is proven up ! scary numbers. I realise to get a valuation like that most likely requires the complete drilling and fracking program across the whole structure and infrastructure in place. but Even at a fraction of that valuation this thing could be 10 times its current value. (and again that is without any of the other projects).
I know I keep talking my book, but its hard to ignore the set up that is going on here IMO.
