I have been into the refurbished buiding myself, the staffing levels have increased, however the number of patrons at the venue has not increased much at all.
I think this casino really needs some international patronage from asia and the addition of poker machines to give it a kick.
The 300 million residential/entertainment side of things should do quite well given its prime location if it indeed goes ahead.
I can't see this as a buy right now.
