In my experience, a re rating of this nature is usually driven by more than we know.
The deeper part of the hole plus 2 others are still out there. It isn't as ridiculous as you think nor as risky if we consider what a confirmation may herald for the price as opposed to a failure, but just a punt for us plebs nonetheless.
