    Annoucment just out - Cliff's cancelling it's 29% shareholding in AQD for a 70% interest in Standley Manganese tenaments. AQD to spend up to 1 mill on it in the next 2 years and then Cliffs to spend a couple mill on it. Seems like a good deal for AQD. At today's prices reduces it's market cap to around $7 mill - only a couple of mill above cash backing.
