It's clear that the basis of positive review is the current Peru programme, but what valuation can we ascribe should there be drilling success?
Assuming that initial targets are positive it reasonable to assume that Zahena will continue with the programme until the end of the year... but what is it worth? AQD's interests diminish down to 30%. Is it possible that the outcome of the drilling is an intial valuation of the prospect in the order of $100M? Seems high for an in ground resource that is unlikely to be defined by the end of the year … if we do, then AQD’s interest would be $30M in that increased asset value .. given its current valuation of $6M at 1.4c then a best case scenario might be a rise to ~6c-7c .. hardly a return to where it once was, but a great result for those that bought in at 1.5c or less. Sadly for me that is still well below my average price, but a salvageable outcome and IMO a best case scenario for AQD this year … any comments? I can’t see any other rabbits out of the hat, and they are fast running out of cash. Is it Peru or bust?
