I also got a call where the caller said they would send a new lot of paperwork to me by email but I have seen zilch.
These calls always come from someone who has English as a second or third language and I am always very suspicious of them I am afraid.
I know the costs are high doing things within Oz but I feel the results would be so much better if Aussies were used to make these calls.
