Charts are rarely perfect. Every real world chart deviates from the text book chart. As you say, it's about probability. Generally, the closer it is to the textbook chart, the higher the probability it will play out. You continually bang on about opinion, but sometimes act like yours is perfectly valid and no one else's is.
We can point out deviations from textbook charts in anyone's real world chart. Okay, you don't personally consider this one to be a valid example of H&S. You've said that. Throwing a tantrum about it probably won't achieve anything which calmly stating it wouldn't.
