I still don't quite follow.
Very simply, if i have 16k rooms and they generate revenue of 11.87m I'm making $741 of revenue per room.
Based on 22k rooms I'd then expect to make 16.3m but they've only made 12.24m. Where's the missing 3.5m? How did they add an extra 6k rooms and only make an additional $400k revenue?
Was there one-off income in FY14, of a couple of million, that's boosting that year's figures?
It just doesn't stack up to me otherwise? If there is, that would explain why in FY14 recurring revenue was 64% of the total and up to 82% in FY15.
Does anyone know what this one-off revenue item was (if that's what it is)? Or can someone explain it to me in terms I understand! Ha.
