Samson another alternative is it was someone freeing up cash for forthcoming RI?
They may have bought a large parcel via SPP @ .004 (now 2c post consolidation). They now get approx $2k back and can now subscribe for 500k of new options, rather than chip in a fresh $2k. Not saying I would do it, just a thought.
