Go buy some booze/hookers/casino chips/drugs/whatever else takes your fancy to craft a decent bender, partake in that for a while, and then carry on with your life.

Technically, yes, it could recover. But sowing such false hope is inappropriate IMO.
The reality is that the guys that have bent holders over and gone in dry for so long will have got out clean, not lost anything, won't go to jail, and will roll on to some other organisation.

Be more careful next time. 1st time investors should try blue chips
