You're probably right, Thadius. I don't think too many ordinary small retail investors would sell at this level now that the port is approved. We tend to trade more on an emotional basis, whereas institutional holders will sell at any price when they see the need, with no emotion involved at all. I guess we need them on the register - but we hate them when they choose to sell. But really, can anyone honestly say they thought the SP would fall after the good news?
