Are they requiring Tanbreeze to have a separation of plant with 95 % local work force? Seems they will not allow to mine the stuff, crush it, perhaps an initial separation and ship it off. Will be difficult/ impossible to have the experienced work force that is needed. These economic issues seem to dominate. From what you say Shenge and GGG plan to do minimal here and ship it off will not be acceptable.I think we may be in for a long wait and more selling, unless they allow gradual staging and development.They want max benefit for Greenland and not let us take raw resource and ship it off.
