i agree , looks to be some activity.
in my opinion, can only 2 things or a combo of both
recent publicity / article in Bioshares publication
and / or
Company approaching end stage negotiations re liscensing arrangements with un-named parties as alluded to in recent media and Co statements.
One can only imagine that un-named parties must probably be some sort of large multi-national pharmacuetical Co.??

guess we will find out only after the ink is dry
