On that point, Iain mentioned at the meeting last week that BHP is going to face significant problems with the Jansen project as there is a massive layer of thick clay to drill through.
Also, another reason the ROC government is so supportive is Iain mentioned that if we don't move quickly, funds for development could go to Ethiopia instead. Apparently, they weren't very happy about this.
