The centres are leased from another company. (related party????)
If you buy the centres you have a landlord to deal with - who may have other (better) options.
Remember that the bigest realisable asset is the property and its not in the hands of ABC.
This is why its so marginal and the "opportunity" doesnt match the rhetoric.
