If we have to be honest with ourselves nobody wants to own this business. It stinks. Management has no background. Sales are dismal (if not just cross selling between entities) and most of products expired worthless (inventory write down). I can open a store in China and sell more than these guys within 6 months. But the hype factor cannot be ignored as A2M is still doing extremely well. If this one float well I'll probably do an IPO myself. Such easy money.
