It was the sale of a major asset (Cloncurry Copper Project) and a (post) distribution & special dividend to shareholders ie; capital return (see yesterday's Quarterly report - http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20120131/pdf/4242hrfcqrbscg.pdf).

The Company kept 50% of the cash for further exploration of its ~2,500km assets & to look at further acquisitions which will hopefully add value to the sp whilst returning special dividends (much the same to the Cape Lambert model).
