Sitting on a huge cash pile but no indication from management what are the future plans .
The issue of the sales / acquisition of share and the sale of outstanding shares is still a cloud over the company. Management who are the controlling shareholders make no comment or statement to the ASX about these matter.
How does a company with a profitable business and huge cash holding operate in a vacuum - little or no information to shareholders about the business.
Why don't the majority share holders take out the minority shareholders and operate RIS as a private company , it is economic sense. There would be saving of several hundred thousand $ per year.
