Evattoski the bush lawyer is back all earnest and brimming with renewed enthusiasm.
Constructive trust was struck down and it will most likely be struck down again.
Why ? Because this is a very very expensive game CHM is playing here and if there was even the slightest hint of a major victory the market would have got a sniff by hearing a whisper in those deep and dark corridors of power.
If you dont know what im talking about EV you better do some real research about how power and wealth is attained.
If you think thats unfair well tough cause there is nothing fair in this world and how wealth is created and kept.
Quote all the wikipedia entries you want and CHM can drag this out forever but the reality is you wont get a constructive trust even if you appeal it to the court of King Arthur.
You got some scraps and a moral victory that will not mean much financially but it will be business as usual for MMX.
This is and continues to be a great source of entertainment for me and it would be disappointed if you and your friends didnt come back and push the broken barrow.
Legal arguments will always fall on the individual judge of the moment but in cases of major precedents being created in cases like these it is akin to believing in alchemy ie impossible.
Having said that there is still an oportunity on exiting your shares as the appeal approaches, with the billions of shares on issue it may be the final chance to salvage something.CHM gets pumped from time to time by the rumour mill and there is no reason to believe it wont happen again, its trading as it has on 2 other occasions when it flatlined on low volume.
Still many months of to and fro to go and its good to get a little chilli in my tea.
