Great news. There are a lot of shares issued for ATV but I wonder why not too many are willing to sell? The upside is that planning has not been on hold while expenditure has been. Costs of development are surely more palatable and more easily obtained on a rising gold price. So in a way Higgins might have been a blessing in disguise.
