Telstra would be the preference because of the better coverage (and we know they are already in discussions with Telstra) and I believe that Telstra is going to want a 4G device device because of their plans to eventually shut down their 3G. That adds weight to my belief that 4G will be one of the new products to be released later this year along with a waterproof watch. A new waterproof, 4G watch to sell through Telstra shops. Sounds like a good way to boost sales well beyond current levels.
