Does the name need changing for some countries? Perhaps the pronunciation in some languages just sounds stupid or makes no sense or maybe means something else altogether. With that comes copyright and trademark issues. How does it affect customer support? Do we have multilingual call centre operators or a designated office for each language?
Then just the tedious process of effectively translating app, websites, packaging, instructions, marketing material etc. I think it takes a great deal of help and expertise to translate properly so as not to come across like the translated Chinese instructions in your Flatpack coffee table from eBay.
When you consider that most European countries have their own individual language, the task becomes quite daunting.
I don't think there's any reason why it can't or won't be done, but I think the expansion beyond the English language will be a much slower process.

work on those first if you need time to work on translations for the others.
