Yeh, that's the search results I got too, bit beyond me as well.
I think the language barrier to the rest of Europe could be a time consuming and costly exercise and will likely take far longer to launch into non English speaking countries effectively.
The US appears to require hardware adjustments to 4g, which only really leaves Canada with a reasonable population size on the maybe list.
