Yeah maybe there's some backroom negotiation going on...only guessing
In the scheme of things it is not that much money (as in some of us small potatoes have invested close to this amount) but I don't think Apollo would want to spend $100K without any expectation of a return.
It is also possible that this is just needed to keep the whole thing from folding ... we wait
