its great just to see some kind of activity on this. I have always maintained that Texas will be the most likely place for a project like this to get interest and ultimately funding. Land availability and a willingness to take a risk places Texas as the place to do something like this. With increased government pressure to retire coal generation it can only help new tech to get a start.
