I wouldn't write them off though as there is some value - I think 3 to 5c is a bit low - sales are near on $7m a year grossed up so the advertisers do buy it. It has value to APN they would come in and mop it up for 10c as it's in their network anyway and its worth $4m profit a year to them. They would probably pay up nearer to 20c if they wanted it. This contact light stuff seems a rort they spent $450k last quarter on it you can make an app that pings as you are approaching your stop for about $15k these days if you use the Indian outsource companies.
