Try and have a 5 minute chat with somebody next timeI've emailed asking how long do they expect commisioning to take, when do they expect to begin test work, and when can we expect the 5ton of pig iron product. The receptionist said she "couldn't answer these questions" which i find highly doubtful, i think shes under orders not to, but she said she'd pass my questions on to MT & NG
