yes but when you need $450m you will only buy in at $0.05 in a big way if you are sure they $450m will come because if it does there will be a lot of upside.
i cant see it going past $0.06 anytime soon until we are clear about what APN is planning, until then it will be range bound ($0.04 - $0.06) in my opinion.
