Placer sweetened the takeover by 35c to make it more enticing for AOR shareholders to accept. The fact that AOR went ex in this time should make no difference to AOR holders IMHO. And now they take 7c back.. of the offer. This does not seem fair. Regardless, Placer is starting to look better, and they themselves might be a target very soon.
