Had a thought!
Why wouldn’t Placer pick up shares in AOR except their own offer and then sell their shares to fund the purchase?
No lose at the moment as AOR is trading inline with the Placer offer.
They even get their 35 cents back.
What do others think…….Cunning maybe …… the Placer share prices stays suppressed and Placer get a bargain.
