The following is my background understanding:

Then SIR (Sirius Resources Ltd) had discovered world class new nickel ore bodies at Nova/Bollinger(SIR 70% interest) area at Fraser Range (FR) in West Australia during 2012 and 2013 period. As a result of that its share price (SP) went up from around mere 5 cents to peak of just over $ 5 (then Market Capitalization about $1.05 billion). Eventually SIR was taken over by IGO (Independence Group NL) last year at its SP of about $2.50.

ENT (Enterprise Metals Ltd) has very promising huge tenements near Nova/Bollinger area and did extensive surveys and about 12 drillings at Plato areas in 2013/2014 where most prospective and prior target area. While drillings, it encountered 'magmatic nickel sulphide', which identified by very renown research company CSA Global that it was same nickel sulphide and same rock as SIR's Nova/Bollinger. But lack of money, some degree of discrepancy between survey results and drilling outcomes and likely MD Dermot Ryan's personal relationship with AON(Apollo Minerals Ltd), ENT had made a joint venture agreement with AON in 2015. Details of agreement is mainly ENT has 30% free carried interest while AON has 70% interest upon bankable feasibility study finishing.

I would like to stress out:
1.. same 70% interest as SIR
2. same share price of 5 cents as SIR starting point
3. SIR market cap ($1 billion) hit peak at SP just over $5
4. Current AON has widely 6 promising prospects including Plato (in details it could be more than 10 prospects)

In general, CR comes from existing shareholders, as we all have 'pre-emptive(shareholders) rights' to prevent dilution.
But this case is absolutely unusual and strategically invented in order to aim company's controlling stake (more than 51%) with mere $1.5m invest which is almost Sydney suburban single story old house price only.
