Hi Malay - we went to an investor preso and met Dan a while ago. He is a very smart guy. You are spot on, this really isn't a try and drill and see what you get op. It is systematically proving up to be a milking operation. They are in with the big guys and have great acreage. Whether they develop them, JV then or get taken out, we feel that there is significant upside. My view is also that it wont be incremental, it is likely to really break out. They have great company in Apache and Range.
