Two items in the AFR ... article backgrounding the bid and Street Talk saying it will be rejected. Most brokers say its inadequate. Fair amounbt of discussion as to who else might be interested but general consensus is that BG won't get into a bidding war with S/P, but BP may be interested. Another article in ST though says that in fact BG and BP are more likley to be interested in STO!!

Looking forward to seeing what the AOE board and advisors say about their value.
