IMHO Shell only has 30% of the tenements. But as to what is going to happen with that 30% gas output will remain AOE's decision.

I could be wrong, but if that is the case Shell is looking at the bottom of a gun barrell, simply because AOE will dictate the term of where the gas will eventually go.

I don't think that Shell bought that percentage of the tenements so that could do what they wanted to do with their share of the gas. IMHO the Partnership was formed for one purpose and that is a "Partnership" that would share in the spoils. Simple as that.
If that is the case, Shell would not like it one little bit.
