It would make so much sense for BG to step in. It would assure them down under for decades. It would be a cheaper purchase than QGC and Pure Energy and the rationalisation at Gladstone would be significant.
The 'fact'? that work has shut down at Fisherman's Landing suopports this too. But there are many permutations. One thing is for sure. Davies will not give in without a fight.
