Will be up to major shareholders.....New Hope....Aoe directors... and Shell have prob been accumulating over time leading to this offer thru 2nd party...eg Bank of America, Deutch Bank so that between them all they have 50% plus....Unless a rival bidder shows its face this is a done deal...
