That would be fine by me! Holding a few AOE already and wouldn't mind a few more

All I know is that the interest being shown in Qld csg by multi national oil and gas companies must surely extend to Europe.. Why would BG ignore 10 tcf plus on their door step now they are in csg with QGC? And Royal dutch shell are looking at this over their back fence with AOE to run the ruler over the coal or is that visa versa?

Only way I can see that they wouldn't be checking it out (at this price _ is if EPG have been totally fudging their figures and we don't know the half of it. Seem to understate the potential imo.

That said things are pretty depressed in Europe from what I hear and maybe the gas rush in Qld isn't contagious in Europe.

I know one thing though- when the Copenhagen climate change summit is on in December, the outlook for coal power will be worse than it already is- The charade that is carbon capture and storage of co2 will be exposed at in all probability for I bet the environmental lobby who know full well it is a crock of .... will seek to press home the issue running up to December.
Only logical transitional fuel is gas and todays lower prices for gas in Europe plus increased access to LNG back up supplies will encourage gas infrastructure. Anything around 5 euro per mmbtu leaves coal power in all sorts of bother under the euro emission scheme and meanwhile more customers are switching to green power becuase they give a damn. To run a viable system of renewables you need switch on , switch off gas ..and lots of it. Nuclear and coal are not designed for boost applications.

LNG will always have a cost of processing and shipping factor which offers advantage and a healthy price to locally sourced csg.

So all to say if EPG can only get some further backing the company should have a big future .
