The way I interpret it is that as of end of September 08, AGP held 10,050,877 shares or 5.04%.
They have reportedly sold a net of about 2.5M shares since then (assuming Indian Ocean Resources Pty Ltd are an entity controlled by them). ie. they have quite a few shares remaining having sold just over a third of their holding.
