I gather you made a gramatical error in the statement:

Could you please explain what you meant to say?
I think you are over stating the fact that to mine alluvium with 0.03% TREO is cherry picking when the JORC states 0.0292% TREO. 0.0292% is 0.03% to two significant figures.
As I stated in my earlier post 160 tonnes of Alluvium with a grade of 0.05% TREO is required to produce one (1) Tonne of wet processed ore of 8%.
18,000,000/160 = 112,500 Tonnes.
Closer enough to 120,000 Tonnes.
