Looks like we reach some kind of agreement....sort of.
Scalability highlighted more than once, and possibility of multiple simultaneous sites PPs.5, 10 and 25, I think from memory, so not concerned about over capacity of dry plant, also, as they would be using contractors for mining, minimizes expense to set up or scale up.
Anyway, hopefully not long to wait.
