Hi Tonio, Read p.7:"Incremental cost for first plant expansion to 18MT of $3.35/T". Looks like the first plant will be 12MT/A, upgraded later to 18MT/A for a projected cost of around $20M. 12MT x .0004(grade of ore) x 0.7 = 3360T. Neat fit, eh?
If sold as 40% conc using stated price of $19K/T contained REE, the project would be around $9.8M/A ahead at this point. Value $63.84M minus costs $54.02M: Producing RE hydroxides/carbonates, however, assuming 95% retention of the REE's at the 2016 price provided of $47.46/Kg, would give a product value of just over $151M. $151M - $54M = $97M, leaving $97M to treat 8400T of 40% concentrate and take some profit. Looks achievable. Even more so at higher % ore...
