Tonio, I'll buy into that one and suggest forget PEK's convolutions and stick with a LT offtake at 60/65% of TMR's published "basket".
Whatever research I've done suggests that's a reasonable baseline for economics but Dy then Nd grades are the sweet spots that will get attention.
CUX travels OK with both, IF the basic beneficiation numbers stack up.
Sweet spot here is any player taking the punt on CUX ATPIT has an almost unlimited upside on the alluvial deposit, let alone any hard rock source. Splice it or dice it, it's an interesting little spec, for pennies.
