Remember in Indo when we were negotiating with the land owners (after the announced drill date I might add) but then we bought the land for an unknown sum and then we still didn't drill!!
We could get the local chiefs, Santa Claus, Baby Jesus, Humphry B. Bear and the Tooth Fairy all to sign off on this land and these clowns still wouldn't manage to get a single barrel of oil out of the ground.
It would be funny if it wasn't so sad. (and true!!)
