    Ok, where was I?

Last year's AGM I counted 23 people seated in the room other than the directors. That's because Michael Oredsson made the comment that it was nice to see the AGMs getting bigger each year. I don't know why it was held at a different venue this year (just a few blocks away really) but it felt smaller.

This year I didn't bother with a count because of latecomers but there was probably the same or less people there. There were additionally 4 or 5 scientists there from the company including Ironside. Gunter wasn't there because he was busy overseas but from what I understand he has been visiting the company regularly.

Steinberg has been visiting California regularly to obtain investor support from the "cleantech" movement. He will be going back over soon and I personally anticipate a capital raising from international investors to be announced within a few months. Company has cash until Q3 08, and they don't expect to launch products until 09. I think the capital raising will be good. It takes money to get this stuff to market and the sooner the better. Share dilution doesn't bother me, market cap is pretty small anyway

It was mentioned that there is continuing interest from all fields including pharma, but unlike some suggestions on this forum, no $5 take overs were offered....! Pharma will as they say require different funding, possibly with a spin-off company and a separate capital raising.

Steinberg spoke about the new company emphasis and direction on compound registration, and how the share price has responded to this.

Also, that the company will not just sell compounds say in a container with some instructions, the company is looking to provide a "biofilm solution" for end users. From CEO presentation "Business based on formulated products and services rather than sales of compounds." Ie, it will taylor packages to individual oil rigs/gas pipelines/cooling towers. This will assure the products work best, and also is far more lucrative.

PVC mentioned to be huge ie 35m tonnes at $1000 per tonne. By own calculations if biosignal gets products in just 5% of market with just 5% commission, that's still 87.5 million in revenues. So even if they sell the special PVC to niche markets its still going to be huge. Exceptionally so.

More as I remember it. Any q's feel free to ask, might jog the memory.
