Why?
Shareholders could be appalled at the treatment this board dishes out to them.
May be shareholders are sick of being treated like they are just a nuisance
Perhaps the board uses the Company as their own little indulgence
I’ve been a shareholder for years. Back to the days when they were called Plaspak
No change since Mr Leviston took over. Still bouncing from one project to another.
More recently the PPK proceeded with an ill fated ill timed venture. They bought a coal mining utility vehicles company which they then sought to flog off to the Chinese. Failed without explanation
Even managed to convince the ASX to allow a trading halt for some 2.5 years but took some six months to tell shareholders why PPK was in a trading halt. That went nowhere but still managed to consume most of the funds accumulated over the previous 3 years.
Now they’re pinning their stripes on becoming a provisions & servicing enterprise to the coal mining Industry.
I wish them well but !!!! I always thought big things start from small ventures. But how wrong was I. Still now I’m older & wiser.
