To put this into comparison, I've just bought into a recently IPO'ed WA based gold explorer that owns 100% of an existing 0.5moz resource which has an EV of half of what Mako is offering.
All about weighing up the risk v reward. I guess the options here are the enticement; but it all factors into the market cap.
