Huge amounts of volume, no gaps in the chart on its rise up (mind you i'm no TA) I would think that the stock has been heavily accummulated.
Stop worrying , it might not even be a capital raisng, it could be a T/O for all we know and that well timed late Sunday night itinary **cough, cough** could well be the directors buy out, so what they are doing now is the capital raisng "2 for us 1 for them."
