    first step is the closure of the uranium-property deal after the DD is finalised. The current market cap is fully covered by cash and the stake in TEY. The gold is for free and the uranium properties are priced moderately if you read the report from King Energy's homepage. Eckhof and some other Balcatta boys are currently exploring for uranium in Namibia and definately have the know-how to find it....
