Looks as though both SHs and management are being shafted here and I am highly suspicious about the Walker activities. Beach say they have 44% acceptances including Walker. Those two have 37% between them, not many other sellers by the look and plenty of scare tactics floating around. The offer by Beach is bargain basement so why would a blocking holder fold with such indecent haste when a stronger hand would have extracted a far better deal. As for the directors, what can I say, passed out at the wheel,not flash for us or them.
