From what I've been reading, the consensus seems to be as follows:-
400 Mbbo x 31.5% (our holding) = app. 126 Mbbo to RMP
Take out royalties and our net holding will be 106 Mbbo
Safe to assume that it will be minimum $5 per barrel so 106 M x $5 = $530M (net value of Winx to RMP)
Then divide this by the SOI 525M and we're left with a SP of just over $1 (530/525)
